RRML MORTGAGE ADVISORY SERVICE

RRML's Mortgage Advisory Service will provide current marketing trend and insight on changes in the commercial mortgage marketplace nationwide.  RRML invites you to become a member of an informed group of investors, developers, builders and contractors who need to make prudent investment decision when making an acquisition or starting a construction project for the first time.   

As a member of the Advisory Service Group, you will be informed of the many changes in the commercial marketplace.  For example, you will be able to make informed decision of how to position your project and take advantage of 1031 exchange program when necessary, information on tax abatement, title service, and much more in order to maximize your investment.  You will be able to decide whether your project should be multi-family rental units, condominiums, office complex, warehouses, shopping centers or storage facilities. As an Advisory Service Member you will also have the option of making unlimited inquiries from our trained real estate advisors to get answers to your questions Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM. - 5:00 PM. EST.
